    @Theangryleaf1 @Xplornet We ditched xplornet a couple of weeks ago at our cottage. The past year during the pandemic when we needed to work & study from home, we couldn’t spend much time at the cottage cuz xplornet hardly worked & was too slow. Now we pay less & have a fast reliable isp.

    @Xplornet so if you only give us 5% of the service your promise in our contract does that mean I only have to pay 5% off my bill? Or should all your executives be put in prison for fraud and extortion?

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    @Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

    @AntibioticDoc Us in a terrible position and potentially exposed us. When hubs asked if he was vaxxed he said "no but I don't socialize". Mmhmm. But he probably goes into every home unmasked?? I was masked and quite upset. Very pregnant with complications. We complained but nothing. @Xplornet

    @pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

    @RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella people complain too much xplornet or bell would never apologize in the manner Rogers has xplornet would give me less than 5down on a daily basis everyday during peek times it would sometimes go down to kbps

    E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.
