Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedWe've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.

sean barry (@SimpleGear) reported@xplore_ca 10+ days without Internet and support cannot give me an ETA on restoration. What is happening? #majorfail #xplorenet

Bennett Hunter (I am Canadian Libertarian) (@Can_Libertarian) reported@macjbby @nationalpost I live stream in full HD with no problem. Typical speeds are around 200 - 300 Mbps down/15-25 Mbps up. I use to be stuck with Xplornet that advertised 10/1 as the best speeds for my area, yet rarely ever got more than 3 - 4 down/1 up. Starlink is on a completely different level,โฆ

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca You need to review the packages you offer. Its theft saying you can offer me 50down 10 up. Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

Mikofox ๐ (It's for your Safety! ๐คฎ) (@mikofox) reported@xplore_ca @XploreBusiness @APLenehan Final Report: After 17 years with a #xplornet satellite dish, we cancelled our service yesterday [to billing month end] and were cut off last night, a day short of what I stated. Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

David Hudec (@DaveAHudec) reported@xplore_ca Once again business fiber is down during operating hours and can't get ahold of anyone for support... Why are we paying $600 a month and can't even talk to someone for support.
