@Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.

  • MoutrayJessica JessicaMoutray (@MoutrayJessica) reported

@Xplornet the last week in Valhalla, Alberta area has been abysmal for connectivity. The connection gets dropped 2-3 times per hour and it is costing me work opportunities and affecting my ability to teach my students. Is there a tower down out here?

  • Upbeat2k upbeat❄️ (@Upbeat2k) reported

@Xplornet Internet is literally unusable, support tells me that I have to wait 10 business days for the chance of having somebody come to our house and try and fix it. Worst company ever.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@TerryHyra @Xplornet It’s been horrid lately. Just horrid

  • stevecurious2 Steve (BoSox fan in Blue Jay land 🇨🇦) (@stevecurious2) reported

@Xplornet Well aware of your tech. support number, committed to memory due to the frequency of me having to use it. Tbh I am just not prepared to call, wait, select prompts and wait another hour or more for a call back. Not how I want to spend my evening.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@stevenchasehess @Xplornet I'm waiting 24 days now for them to call me about my service issues...TWENTY FOUR DAYS...don't expect a resolution any time soon.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet @SucksXplornet You and me both. Garbage internet.

  • myles_kin Myles Standish Kin Folk (@myles_kin) reported

@Xplornet this service is absolutely garbage. And the wait time for a call.. seriously, how are you even in business??

  • LOLZRgg LOLZR (@LOLZRgg) reported

@Xplornet any issues in Southern MB? Can’t get anything tonight with otherwise perfect service for ~2 years.

  • lovestormsMB Matt Desorcy (@lovestormsMB) reported

@BaldurBarons @Xplornet We thought it might've been frost on the towers cause it always happens when temps drop down to around -30C. Happened last week too where it was unusable a few days. But tonight has been the worst I've ever experienced at the lake. Can't even load twitter on a 50 mbps plan 🙄
