    @Xplornet How about some communication regarding when you’re going to have your service back up? As are many in rural Canada, I’m relying on your internet service and I’d like to know when I can get access. The lack of information is unacceptable.

    @Xplornet my internet in and off... i’m paying for 50mb and barely get 2mb... this is awful....

    @Xplornet UP TO is the key word. I live right beside the tower,I’m lucky if I get 25/3. You need to add more equipment to your towers instead of more people. You used to be good &now you are just money hungry. Charging people for a service call to fix your ****. I don’t own the equipment.

    @Xplornet I called again this morning and finally got someone that could help. The other people had no idea what they were talking about.

    @Xplornet Been there done that. Your technician even says you have too many people on the tower and it’s a cheap problem to fix but you won’t upgrade it.
