Incredibly low speed. Dropped calls on every 5 minutes and 13 MB downloads take up to 30 min. Can't wait for StarLink to expand their service and switch.

Marc Pitre (@tweetvex) reported@Xplornet Dear xplornet a 12 hour outage with no ETA is unacceptable .. without any notifications to your customer's and no explanation as to what is happening .."our technicians are on site trouble shooting" is a valid answer at this point.

Julie (@Julie_foxy) reported@MIchelleP8844 @Xplornet oh wow. that was happening to me awhile back but my internet provider came and fixed the wiring issues outside. Hope you can get that fixed. I know how annoying it is.
