    @Xplornet if you will not respond to the customer issues for solving it, why asking account details in DM and awaiting one week no answer. You guys are perfect! for demonstrating every small thing of unprofessional service.

    @koopy @Xplornet Thats a very good point. If they can't deliver on the service they are charging you for than you shouldn't have to pay full price

    I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

    @Xplornet and how you're throttling my internet is not stated in the traffic management policy and you lie about throttling you can't just say we don't throttle then traffic manage and then deliberately throttle me and please tell me how your network isn't oversold your reps would sayother

    @AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.

    @Xplornet your service is ****. I’m calling WTC tomorrow as they just put in a brand new tower across from my place... if I have to listen to my teenager tomorrow again.. Imma break something!!!!! And send you the bill!
