@CheriDiNovo @Sflecce We can only get Xplornet. It’s horribly unreliable and slow. I’m teaching online and have two daughters remotely learning.

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

@Xplornet That's great! Here's the test result in Ontario just now. 4.35 Mbps download 0.88 Mbps upload Your Internet connection is slow.

  • JKosuth Jesse Kosuth (@JKosuth) reported

@Xplornet Until current customers actually get the guaranteed speeds they are paying MORE for and not receiving, I can’t recommend Xplornet. Many calls and have technicians out did not help.

  • ScottWJones93 Scott Jones (@ScottWJones93) reported

@Xplornet what happened to LTE service (McKee Mills, NB (Bouctouche tower). Last yr at our cottage we had no issues with multiple devices & speeds of 40 mbps. This season, same number of devices the speeds are often 5-7 mbps? Worked with customer service to reboot & still slow.

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@Xplornet Firewall has literally nothing to do with internet wtf

  • AngusGillingham Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@Xplornet wait its not?? Its working fine on your end??? Wow odd cuz sure as **** isn't for me

  • FieldTalk James Ferrier (@FieldTalk) reported

@CousineauAlbert @Xplornet So I’ve found. Every service call it’s different reason for the poor service but they know we are over a barrel in our area. They literally don’t care as we have no other choice.

  • FieldTalk James Ferrier (@FieldTalk) reported

Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.
