@xplornet internet has been painfully slow all day and is hardly working at all now. Is there a network outage/issue in the Muskoka, ON area? Tried to call your helpline but wait time was 2 hours. Very frustrating - please fix this!

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet Yea. To bad your **** internet won’t load such a thing oh unless it is 2 in the morning when nobody’s on.

  • SteveVanCry Steve Van Cryenest (@SteveVanCry) reported

@Xplornet I haven't had service in 24 hrs on the LTE network in Sk. When I phone I get a recording saying in Sk. Slow speeds and periods of interruptions!!! I HAVE NOTHING!!!

I find it funny that 99% of @Xplornet's replies to things start with "Hi there, we're sorry that ...." Actually probably closer to 99.9% Better uptime than their service, that's for sure.

  • Katy_marsh86 Katy Marsh (@Katy_marsh86) reported

@Xplornet Book your upgrades during off-peak hours. Jesus Christ, you literally picked the WORST time to do it. My internet was out for two hours in the middle of my (and everyone else's) work day. It looks like it'll take new government regulation for you to get some common sense.

  • lilrippy Ricky VanWeston (@lilrippy) reported

@Xplornet My experience with you has been nothing but a disappointment. Congrats on the roll out of the 50 mbps service, now you might want to train your staff! 3 separate phone calls and 3 different answers on if the service is available to me. Sound acceptable to you?

  • PaulRenaud613 Virtual Nonsense (@PaulRenaud613) reported

@Xplornet are your DNS servers down? Have not had satelite internet sonce midnight last night.

  • GordonBoomhour Gordon Boomhour (@GordonBoomhour) reported

@SpaceXStarlink @elonmusk When can we sign up for service in Ontario. Approx 44 Lat. My kids cannot do homeschooling with Xplornet most of the time and I have no other options. I signed up for beta in July.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet 40km from Toronto paying $123 per month for high speed is a joke. Gaps in coverage, brutally slow speeds etc. I can’t work from home. Kids can’t do their online classes. Wtfk!

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Xplornet customer, m3t4lw01f couldn't believe his speed test results the day he got home from work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was unbelievable to him they'd have misrepresented the product they sell so badly.
