Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

Josh Ciemitis (@JoshCiemitis) reported@xplore_ca Internet has been down in many areas for about 21 hours, checked with a couple websites that also confirmed it. I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

Spenser Hamilton (@OtherSpenny) reported@JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?
