@Piccia @Xplornet To be fair, we are on a wireless system, and it isn't always this slow, but we would kill for 600mbps. I can't even imagine how fast that must be. Like blinky-fast!

@mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.

@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

@B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Happened to us a few years ago, no internet for three weeks, repeated service calls. Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.
