@VoosieVooters No actually! The account has been active for a couple years. I hear so many terrible stories about Xplornet so I’m surprised my service has been relatively flawless from them.

@Xplornet @HoodedGamer8 I spent 45 minutes on the phone with service because my internet wasn’t working. Twice they told me it was me. When I insisted that there isn’t a problem from my side they took another 25 minutes putting me on hold just to come back and say the problem was on their end. 1/2

@Chelsie_D Are you a new customer in your first 3 months? I have had nothing but crap from Xplornet after my initial trial period expired, and unfortunately have to wait for Starlink for an alternative.
