    @Xplornet ...We also know that the problem is not on our end, as all of our friends and neighbours who have Xplornet (we're forced to because there is no other provider) have the exact same problems as we do at the same time. Can't your business just get their act together?

  • re_carter Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported

    @Xplornet It’s ok I don’t need my internet that has not been working for 2 days, nor do I need the call back that I have been waiting for. This is terrible service can’t wait for @SpaceXStarlink to become available in Canada... it will literally shut this service down.

  • plyburgundy PLY BURGUNDY (@plyburgundy) reported

    @brettjpetch @Xplornet Same here in east gwillimbury. No service since Wednesday. Garbage company

  • brettjpetch Brett Petch (@brettjpetch) reported

    @Xplornet Not going to get anything out of it when the support line says “we are currently experiencing an outage in your area”.

  • CarolineFCB72 Caroline Bailey (@CarolineFCB72) reported

    @Xplornet @AlterusNominus We pay good money for our internet and what for we can’t use it when we need it or want to use it and don’t repeat what you always say if I have any technical issues we can call you when you never call back or can help saying the same thing you always do

  • CarolineFCB72 Caroline Bailey (@CarolineFCB72) reported

    @AlterusNominus @Xplornet I hate when they say that if you have any technical issues to call them and they can help you first they have to actually call you back and second they don’t do anything so why even say that

  • brettjpetch Brett Petch (@brettjpetch) reported

    @Xplornet Any updates on when we’ll be back? As a general suggestion it would be nice to see a service outage website at some point that customers can refer to.

  • cardiff_sharon Sharon Cardiff (@cardiff_sharon) reported

    @VO1MX @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Is XplorNet really bad?

  • 76Drey Dean Rey (@76Drey) reported

    Xplornet is a huge piece of **** internet company. We dealt with them in satellite and they buy out Netset and everything went to ****. Pallister wants people to stay home. Well provide people with internet companies. Xplornet definitely know how screw something that was good.

    @davidshipley @Spaceman096 @CBCNB with Xplornet a rainy day means sporadic internet service, and the speed is slightly faster than dial-up. Last night with a little freezing rain, internet kept going in and out, no reliability at all. I like your idea about fiber everywhere there is electricity connection
