  • stadtkeplumheat StadtkePlumbHeatAir (@stadtkeplumheat) reported

@Xplornet . Poor service and not taking phone inquiries. Why were they given a government contract.

  • debEbanks Debbie EbanksSchlums (@debEbanks) reported

@kimfullerton @XplornetES I was hoping the tech had improved, but alas. We have 4 internet services to get 300GB of data, with 3 people doing online school. @Xplornet came to fix the brand new satellite dish. 3 days later, there’s spotty service again!

  • JoanneP666 Joanne (@JoanneP666) reported

@SucksXplornet @Xplornet hey #xplornet Working from home and trying to pay my workers but can’t access online banking all of a sudden, cheap service for a very high price

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet What with all the pictures, you'd figure they'd take pictures of their work... xplornet is so full of it. They're spamming this to shore up a false narrative of doing good for for Canada so they can bad mouth things like starlink.

  • sue_platts Sue Platts (@sue_platts) reported

@Xplornet come on!!’ What the heck is going on 3rd time this week no internet & tomorrow more disruption to service.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet People are supposed to be socially distancing and here you are telling xplornet customers to go to their friends house and use their internet to listen to podcasts? I mean, xplornet internet can't handle loading anything since xplornet internet is mostly garbage.

  • LizKReimer Liz Reimer (@LizKReimer) reported

@Xplornet We’ve called a few times. We’ve had techs out. Support tells us to unplug it and plug it back in. And that’s what we do now daily just to get some sort of usage. It’s a joke. We only have your service because it’s literally the only one available. Most expensive & least reliable

  • courtneynewham Court MacD (@courtneynewham) reported

@Xplornet Hours following “maintenance” in our area, the internet is the worst it’s been in months.

  • j8_ozzie OzzieJ8 (@j8_ozzie) reported

@Xplornet My wifi has been terrible lately, I can’t wait till starlink comes out, would rather pay $130 a month with speeds of 150mb down and 50 up with 20-40 ping instead of $110 a month for 2mb down and 2mb up and 80+ ping ive called support many times but there’s nothing they can do.
