    @Xplornet Not too happy with your service. My parents who are seniors living in the 100 Mile House, BC area haven't had internet for over 3 weeks. Keep getting ****** around with service calls. They miss family video calls especially in these Covid 19 times. How can you help?

    Trying to cancel @xplornet service, which has never worked. They insisted I phone, not write. As soon as I said I wished to cancel for non-performance, they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. @xplornetretweet

    Cancelled my Xplornet service. 10 minute call (7 minutes of them trying to get me to stay, 2 minutes on hold, 1 minute to cancel the account)
