@ProudAFAmerican @angie_keathly Same here. I’m semi-rural 30 miles from the centre of Toronto. Crap internet via Xplornet. They have a monopoly here. Maybe 12 mg download speed on good days.

  • AlwaysARedhead AlwaysARedhead 🇨🇦 Fully Vaccinated! Wear A Mask! (@AlwaysARedhead) reported

@Xplornet It became better by this afternoon, first time we've had issues.

  • AndStammers Brent and Carla stammers (@AndStammers) reported

@Xplornet When are you going to reimburse me for 1. The wrong router. 2. The internet is down and has been for a few days. I believe we were quite silly to go back to you guess. I guess we should have learnt our lesson the first time

  • tomanator184 TOMANATOR (@tomanator184) reported

@CBCNB Still waiting for semi reliable internet service at almost twice the rate of unlimited in Ontario for only 100gig on PEI with Xplornet! Long way to go!

  • dgouldca Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported

@Larry_Short @VOCMNEWS I signed up, since I can't get xplornet or reliable cell service at my cabin. Deposit is $129, full cost for equipment is $649, then $129/mo. Still waiting, but sites "mid to late 2021".

  • PitCrewJoel_25 Joel (@PitCrewJoel_25) reported

@Xplornet is there a reason I pay for 24 hours of internet service but only receive about 20? Extremely unhappy, will be calling later today to complain and ask for a refund or better internet! Never had issues until you bought my internet provider!

  • boredof_bs heather (@boredof_bs) reported

@Xplornet Don’t do it. Worst mistake of my IT life

  • steigercaseih Jordan (@steigercaseih) reported

@lisamariewilton @TELUS @SpaceXStarlink There are many in this area patiently waiting to ditch xplornet and telus hubs for Starlink. Telus released a bunch of BS stating its government policy that limits the cell spectrum to rural customers. In other words they want federal and provincial funding to help them along.

  • the_sizz sizzle (@the_sizz) reported

@Xplornet worst customer service company ever

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@Xplornet @EricssonNA I finally got the conformation from Starlink. I am now counting down the days till your garbage service can go suck lemons
