    @Xplornet service still out since yesterday. Anyone else south of Bobcaygeon, ON?

  • Mullin_95 Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba

    Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

    @albertaFreedom1 @ruralroots780 I was going to switch back xplornet this summer. But when the tech came out, he couldn't get me on tower 2k down the road, as it was oversold. So I'd get slower speeds.

  • larrysorensen_ Larry Sorensen (@larrysorensen_) reported

    @Xplornet Took until now for them to finish uploading on Xplornet’s service

  • laumiken Laura Kennedy (@laumiken) reported

    @Xplornet It's not a "connection problem". It's a problem with terrible internet service. We've called for support many times. The support staff can't fix poor internet quality!

  • scott_perkin Scott Perkin🚜🌾🌱🌻🐂🍻 (@scott_perkin) reported

    @jsjlivestock @Xplornet Mine still sucks but I got a new google meah Wi-Fi router and it is better

  • RobScarthCattle Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported

    @jsjlivestock @Xplornet RFNow fibre main line was running down #83 highway, about a mile away from us. Cost us $3K to install. They financed it over 6 months. Speed, service, reliability can’t compare to other providers. Only thing I would change would be making the switch sooner.

  • manyra Keri-Anne Lawton (@manyra) reported

    @Mel_Deydey @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet I’ve had them out but they couldn’t find a signal.

  • RobertsonDalyse Dalyse Robertson (@RobertsonDalyse) reported

    @jsjlivestock @scott_perkin @Xplornet That’s a load of bull. Any good router will be better than their crap. If you need a new one get a good TP link in upper $100 range. Their excuse every time is “it’s your router.” #fraud

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

    @Xplornet Wow, this really helps us in BC with all the high costs of a terrible ISP overcharging and underserving customers all over Canada. Avoid xplornet, they are a horrible ISP.
