@xplornet Its been a whole week barely being able to load a webpage in the Edward's, ON area, I spent over an on your technical support line on hold with no response and it's not an issue on our end? Am I supposed to pay 100+ dollars for this mediocre service

I ABSOLUTELY loathe @Xplornet - I’ve been on hold for over a half hour trying to get them to remove my banking info from their files. It’s been over two months since I cancelled my service and they’re still charging me 😡 Worst customer service. Anyways, happy Monday.

@Xplornet Quite possibly the worst internet company I’ve ever had. You can’t use the wifi from the hours of 8-11 without constant outages. I’m even writing this on data because my wifi is currently unresponsive. Save yourself time and money and wait for Starlink

I guess emailing and calling for over 2 years asking for this to be fixed wasn't enough time for Xplornet to resolve this issue. Well how about this, I'll pay the bill when the service works!!!!!

@Trucker_Ty_ @Xplornet Had this same problem with xplornet years ago, nobody would service my hardware for over 6 months despite still being charged for service. Had to threaten legal action to get them to cancel the contract they weren't upholding. Troubling as they've bought my provider...

@HtechFirearms @Xplornet Nope! Love how they have continually upped my bill with claims of improving their service, which has done nothing but deteriorated. Totally stuck with them.

@VernFaulkner @elonmusk @Xplornet Yeah, we hear you. We gave up on Xplornet after a weekend of 0.2-3mbps. We had signed up to be beta testers, we’re invited to put down a deposit in February, balked at that. Saw a house in the neighborhood with Dishy, ordered, never looked back.

@PowderHoundPup $144 CAD/monthly unlimited bandwidth, hardware was $700 CAD incl. Wifi Router. Plug n Play in 10min. Xplornet was $115/monthly for 10gb usage. Xplornet hardware had rental fees etc plus contract. No contract with Starlink, cancel anytime. Cost difference minimal :)

@Mark_Goldberg @mgeist @NDP 3. XPlornet as well as the other big 3 have all received significant subsidies from taxpayers to support rural rollout.

@Trucker_Ty_ @Xplornet I'm now being forced off of land based wireless and a decade backwards onto satellite, and I'm absolutely dreading it... Going to have to look into StarLink for sure, as there's no way I want to deal with xplornet latency and poor service...
