So, draw your own conclusions from the above data points about the quality of @Xplornet's service.

  • TKC_1233 Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported

@Xplornet is such a scam. My net has been out for 12+ hrs and they admit that it’s a problem with their equipment, but they want me to pay for someone to come out and fix it. Company has been a joke from day 1, rather have no net then this ****. Done with this company.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet @penny_hainer @Xplornet, you sure like to say "you're sorry", but you don't ever seem to try to stop abusing your customers. I'm not sure you know what "sorry" really means... Your "Customers" are doing everything they can to let others know how bad it is. That should tell you something.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I would have responded earlier, but I just had an outage with @Xplornet. Thanks guys, your super awesome! Hey, maybe there were trying to fix your problem? Are you working now?

  • AesirsHero Dustin Trydal (@AesirsHero) reported

@Xplornet are there currently outages in Northern Alberta? (Grande Prairie region). My internet is down and sounds like a lot of other people are having similar issues. Would like to know so I don’t miss class..

  • realmisubear Rob (@realmisubear) reported

@the_uncanny13 @PierrePoilievre @Xplornet Xplornet is absolute garbage. Look into starlink its exploding. R/starlink

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet Have you ever heard of providing the service you charge for? I know...it's a difficult concept to grasp, isn't it? It's far easier to take advantage of your customers and just keep saying "sorry"... #YourDaysAreNumbered #StarlinkForTheWin

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet My Xplornet connection went down tonight too. I switched over to my Sasktel connection cuz I just didn’t feel like trying to figure it out tonight. That will be a tomorrow problem. Consistency is not @Xplornet ‘s strength.

  • PabloOfficer officer pablo (@PabloOfficer) reported

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet Fr like restarting my modem ain’t Gona help when the problem is on Xplornet’s side false advertising 40mbits/second I don’t even get 1

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@GerardCooke8 @Xplornet They have no intention of fixing it. They are merely pretending to troubleshoot...one of the items they need to show for all the CCTS complaints against them is that they "provided troubleshooting support"...it's all smoke ad mirrors so they can get away with it. We're not stupid
