Kate Bullock (she/her) Manic Gorgon Dream Girl (@bluestockingetc) reported@DarkElfLX @EricMPaq @Xplornet They've been pretty awful to deal with since she got the internet, but this is just a new level of ridiculous. I just can't imagine, as a company, expecting anyone to uninstall tech, let alone seniors in rural areas.
-
David Chipp-Smith (@dchipp) reportedIt has been over 15 hours with no @Xplornet internet. No one has been able to provide an update. Ever since #Xplornet purchased CCI here in Alberta, I have had nothing but issues. Unfortunately no other rural competitors in my area #fixyourshit

Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@bluestockingetc @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST and if they won't do it, file a human rights complaint

Obsidianreign🇨🇦♓🐴 (@falkorsrevenge) reported@Leslie48364805 @joe_warmington Call center, I can't deal with people anymore at all in any context, especilly over the phone. Did tech support for xplornet for 2.5yrs. liked the company and lived the job, but 90% of the customers were the worst. Kinda broke me lol.

Sean Totally Fungible (@DarkElfLX) reported@EricMPaq @bluestockingetc @Xplornet and I bet they charge if you damage it during removal too, just to add more fees. Scummy

Bruce buffalo (@bradleybuffalo) reported@Xplornet **** THEM.... STARLINK FOR THE WIN
-
Colin Pattison (@pattison74) reported@dennydenny1020 Have two outstanding support tickets waiting for a reply from @SpaceXStarlink. That is going to be the concern with the system. No support. When it was working it kicked our Xplornet LTE to the curb. Hope I get a call from support soon.

Michaela Tokarski (@creeksidecomms) reported@Xplornet I can't believe that you won't let me cancel without going through to your loyalty department with a 30 minutes... Completely unacceptable service. According to CRTC Internet Code section G section 3 all I need to do is inform you that I would like to cancel.

Éric Paquette (@EricMPaq) reported@bluestockingetc @Xplornet WTF! They rely on an untrained individuals to remove the equipment they installed? Wow! That's high risk for a company to do.
