    @xplore_ca My internet has become incredibly slow and unreliable since Explore had bought out CCI here in rural Alberta. My neighbours too have noticed it. Instead of buying trucks, relocate that money towards improving your towers!

    @xplore_ca Been dealing with an issue since November. I had 3 routers & 3 accounts. Went down to 2 accounts w new equipment. Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    @xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.

    @xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.

    Rural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?
