π€ L&G Weather, News & Traffic βοΈ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. Itβs not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. π€¬

π€ L&G Weather, News & Traffic βοΈ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but theyβre endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

Bennett Hunter (I am Canadian Libertarian) (@Can_Libertarian) reported@macjbby @nationalpost I live stream in full HD with no problem. Typical speeds are around 200 - 300 Mbps down/15-25 Mbps up. I use to be stuck with Xplornet that advertised 10/1 as the best speeds for my area, yet rarely ever got more than 3 - 4 down/1 up. Starlink is on a completely different level,β¦

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@mario4thenorth Same thing as with EORN...Eastern Ontario Regional Network, tasked with getting broadband to rural eastern Ontario. 20+ years and a house bought in '98 can only access Starlink which is not part of EORN. Xplornet satellite latency and cost not competitive. Cell service spotty. When house was purchased Bell Canada promised DSL in 6 months. LOL. First of all too far from local switching central office for DSL.

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.
-
Jess (@JessGreenfield) reported@xplore_ca why does it take 2+ hours to get ahold of customer service and there's no callback option??? And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???
-
caius kim (@caiuskim) reported@xplore_ca when do you expect resumption of service in Augustine Cove, PE?
