    @Xplornet To me, this honestly hurts their reputation more than it helps xplornets. If Xplornet thought I was doing good, I'd probably rethink my whole business strategy because xplornet is a terrible ISP. Honestly, their data plans are stuck in 2012.

    While this transmission tower problem may not be the fault of @Xplornet, the answers provided by the support team are completely unacceptable. How long before this tower is fixed?

    @DerekMacEwen I'd like to see the math, numbers where @Xplornet prove that they are providing the speed as promised to the households that signed up for their service.

    @Xplornet Are you throttling down that tower like all the others?.....I don’t even get close to the 10Mbps I am supposed to.....it’s like having dialup internet 30yrs ago again.
