@Xplornet I thought your service couldn't get any worse, but it has. Now I am literally forced to build my own cell tower, I don't care if there are laws preventing me from doing it, it's already done. You're about to lose 300+ customers in my area. SO **** YOU!

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet I feel especially bad for you since Silo (by all accounts) was decent, and overnight it went to ****. I moved from the city where I had 175mbps fibre. Knew what I was getting in to. Knew it would be bad. Was fully prepared for it... It sucks, but at least I planned for it.

@Xplornet Book your upgrades during off-peak hours. Jesus Christ, you literally picked the WORST time to do it. My internet was out for two hours in the middle of my (and everyone else's) work day. It looks like it'll take new government regulation for you to get some common sense.

@Xplornet I called tech support and was able to determine that my modem was fine. Your tech was unaware of any satcom issues (he kept calling it a tower), yet my service mysteriously restored itself almost exactly 48hrs after it failed. You need to be more transparent on satcom outages.
