    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

    @Xplornet Nope. You scammed many Niagara customers when you bought out a local provider but didn’t put any of us on xplornet infrastructure, just left us on existing network your services couldn’t operate on. You charged customers for service you couldn’t and didn’t intend to provide.
