@Xplornet I genuinely hope Starlink puts you guys out of business simply for the price vs. internet service. Xplornet’s rates are astronomical. Buyer beware! I pay $250 for 200gb/month. And it’s not reliable. Always rebooting modem. Have new routers. Issues not in my end!!!

Be aware that @Xplornet cannot service their products in Northeastern Ontario. No qualified contractors to service them.

@BrentHCameron @Xplornet @elonmusk You’re paying for a non existing service.. isn’t that sad in 2021!

@Xplornet Honestly, I don’t see how phone call is going to remedy two full days of spotty service due to “maintenance” after reviewing a robocall warning the day before. I had to scramble to reschedule meetings and work from my cellphone. If I have data overages, can I send you the bill?

@Xplornet I feel like the hours I've spent with your tech support should be compensated bc the amount of times I've been told "just turn it on and off again" after sitting for an hour on the phone is ridiculous. The sooner REAL high speed gets to rural Canadians, the better.

@McMudder71 Booster didn’t really work at our cabin due to the mountains near by so I got xplornet. Got service throughout the cabin and around the yard. It’s a monthly cost but with parents getting older and the kids getting to the age where they can stay home, we need reliable cell service

@SucksXplornet @Xplornet is this fraud of a service down again, or is it just the standard terrible??? Asking for someone who pays a bunch of money every month and gets about an hour of service.

@rgaudreau @pcarbonno @Xplornet For every customer currently stuck with Xplornet. I don't know how they are allowed to legally operate the way they currently do.

@bobbotron @storminternet I wanted to get storm out here, but they just couldn't provide the signal to my home without extraordinary effort at the time. So, it was xplornet, which was fine, but pricey and a little unreliable and now bell home wireless, which is pretty solid, but slow and there's a cap.
