    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 Its a trap no one can help you they just look at your device and say its congestion or there is nothing they can do. Every thing is fine here. Worst service in Canada It should be ILLEGAL you claim you can watch high quality streaming.

    @b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @xplore_ca we got no internet in our area. Customer support is 1 hr wait time. Is there outages in the Westman Area?

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

    @xplore_ca been having problems with your internet for a month. Now it's super slow and I have to wait for some technical department! Customer service sucks!!! Why does it take so long to get resolutions??!! Going to have to go back to starlink.
