Mike Semeniuk (@mikejsemeniuk) reported@Xplornet When we upgraded to the 25mbs, The first few days we got speeds around 10mbs ever since it has been averaging 1 to 2 mbs. I'm paying more for the same speed, and all xplornet tells me is that everything looks good on our end. that's not good service!

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedRebooted and now it won't reconnect to the tower. @Xplornet I know I'm *kind of* a **** to you on Twitter, but do you think maybe possibly you could actually fix this? Three days ago I had the exact same signal and was getting 15-20mbps. Tonight I'm getting nothing.

I think tomorrow I will file an actual official complaint with them. I see them reach out to others to offer assistance, but not to me...

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@harrbca @Xplornet I haven't been able to connect to the tower since last night. I see it connect, the status changes to 'network entry' on the cell I usually connect to, and then it disconnects and loops. When it's trying to enter the network the signal numbers are what they usually are.

Jasper Moneo (@MoneoJasper) reported@Xplornet Yeah say goodbye to your entire client base once Starlink becomes more commonplace. On the 50mbs plan my speeds are terrible, even before peak hours. Going to be happy to have another internet option.

Penny Hainer (@penny_hainer) reported@Xplornet Our internet has been less than reliable for weeks now. When I talked to support they said they had no idea how long this maintenance will go on. I have been getting daily calls telling me to expect outages. Ridiculous considering the price we pay.
