@Xplornet your customer service agent refuses to escalate my call on a known internet problem going on for months at my parents place. How can I get appropriate service. Looks like better business bureau has a lot of activity.

  • CultureOfOne Greg Thomas Marks (@CultureOfOne) reported

Can somebody PLEASE offer a viable alternative to @Xplornet in rural NB? Barely a cloud in the sky, no wind, but still can’t get a signal. Some of us need the internet to earn a living, and 0.23Mbps isn’t doing the job.

  • malloveryy mal (@malloveryy) reported

@mcleodtaylor1 @ShawDirect @Xplornet I'm trying to see if we can get Eastlink now! Between xplornet's awful horrible internet and Shaw's basic package we pay $200 a month. It's unreal. I can't stream a show most nights even with everyone's wifi turned off.

  • Steveo71T Stephen Brosinsky (@Steveo71T) reported

@Xplornet Don’t buy Xplornet - they cannot deliver and throttle your speed. Very poor service!!

  • malloveryy mal (@malloveryy) reported

@mcleodtaylor1 @ShawDirect @Xplornet Yeah they don't offer service in my area 🙄 pretty annoyed my whole neighborhood got a flyer offering a great deal that we can't have lol

  • ByronDarlison Byron Darlison (@ByronDarlison) reported

@xplornet the wait time for your loyalty department is 56 minutes. Can you explain to me why I have to wait 56 minutes to tell you over the phone that I want to cancel my account?

  • tksimpson Kirk Simpson (@tksimpson) reported

Finally got my Starlink. Even on “better than nothing” mode it’s 20-40x better than @Xplornet. $3,000 paid to them over the last couple of years for the worst internet imaginable. Cancelling that service is going to bring me so much happiness.

  • RBauhuis Robert Bauhuis (@RBauhuis) reported

@MartinBowRiver @NewtAedes Can you check into anything you and CP can do to delay xplornet's planned demobilization of internet service into the NWT please? It will be a huge disadvantage to northern development. Thanks

  • debruyn_ed Ed DeBruyn (@debruyn_ed) reported

@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!

  • ChadOhman Чад (Chad) 🇺🇦  (@ChadOhman) reported

@CalamityJayne4 My parents were on Xplornet, then a Telus hub, and now starlink. They’ll never look back.. they can actually watch Netflix now.
