  • Mullin_95 Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba

Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

@Xplornet @ellenrhudson For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

@albertaFreedom1 @ruralroots780 I was going to switch back xplornet this summer. But when the tech came out, he couldn't get me on tower 2k down the road, as it was oversold. So I'd get slower speeds.

  • RobScarthCattle Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported

@jsjlivestock @Xplornet RFNow fibre main line was running down #83 highway, about a mile away from us. Cost us $3K to install. They financed it over 6 months. Speed, service, reliability can’t compare to other providers. Only thing I would change would be making the switch sooner.

@Xplornet did u know ur an isp, and people pay u for a service that u barely provide. **** u guys suck.

@ztlaidlaw I am eventually going to upgrade my 1X to a Series X but I'll probably go for All Access in a few months from now. Unless, of course, Xplornet fixes their ****, then I'll just stick to Stadia.

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet See, there is an upside to getting that job. Oh, but think of all the good you can do for all the poor other schmucks who are suffering with sub standard service in the Saskatoon area. You would truly be a king! Tell you what, I'll be a reference for you.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Fred_Wreck1983 @Xplornet No idea. I've been waiting 8 days for them to troubleshoot. They responded to my CCTS investigation with a letter stating that they have a "known issue" with their network/equipment...this actually their defence for not providing what they are charging for!

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet You go back to the same time period to source the supplies for your network? Couple cans and a piece of string would be an upgrade.
