  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

    @Xplornet @jsjlivestock For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

  • jsjlivestock James Jasper (@jsjlivestock) reported

    @scott_perkin @Xplornet I didn't till a week or so ago, when @Xplornet said that was likely my issue. Trying to get rid of their excuses.

  • larrysorensen_ Larry Sorensen (@larrysorensen_) reported

    @Xplornet Took until now for them to finish uploading on Xplornet’s service

  • RobScarthCattle Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported

    @jsjlivestock @Xplornet Their customer service sucked when we had them. Had Netset with no complaints, and then Xplornet took them over. Reliability and service went way downhill. But the bullet and installed RFNow fibre optic. Absolutely love it.

  • RobScarthCattle Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported

    @jsjlivestock @Xplornet RFNow fibre main line was running down #83 highway, about a mile away from us. Cost us $3K to install. They financed it over 6 months. Speed, service, reliability can’t compare to other providers. Only thing I would change would be making the switch sooner.

  • brendan1duncan Brendan Duncan (@brendan1duncan) reported

    @Xplornet The worlds worst internet

  • Ian_Flyfish Ian Cavanagh (@Ian_Flyfish) reported

    is @Xplornet having serious issues in NB today or what!?! Of all days I have an important Zoom call and it's in jeopardy! Come on Xplornet get your act together! And I've been on hold for a while now probably along with lots of other frustrated customers!

  • jsjlivestock James Jasper (@jsjlivestock) reported

    @RobScarthCattle @Xplornet Good to know. I wonder how many signatures a guy would need to get it down #21 to Hartney.

  • Mullin_95 Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba

    Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @Xplornet If you strapped a hard drive to the back of that deer it would move the data faster than your network.
