@APLenehan I am disappointed in @Xplornet asking me to pay a serv fee to examine eqmnt that was installed on Feb 6 this year that MAY be the issue of my ongoing DAILY intrnt problem. I am BEYOND frustrated! Living rural and being held hostage to this company.

@jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels
