They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

Spenser Hamilton (@OtherSpenny) reported@JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.
