Finally,so satisfying moving on from “explornet ” to an ISP that delivers what they say they will deliver. After years of Xplornet’s poor business practices that their own people admit it dealt so good to make that cancel my service call. #xplornet @SucksXplornet @XplornetSWO

@Xplornet Remember, people, Xplornet has a moral code they adhere to. Double reminder: a bad moral code is still a moral code. Triple reminder: I blame @APLenehan for this culture.

@Xplornet Was told by your not-technical support (an infant could be taught to say what they say) my internet speed, which had been between 30-50 Mbps, dropping to 2-5 Mbps was "within acceptable levels for my plan". A mostly happy customer for 4 years lost. #useless #fail #scam

@Xplornet No info in internet, no SMS notification, no one answer your customer service phones, and you ignoring your customers. Please don't charge your monthly internet fee, because we trust your service and paying.

@frankpolat @Xplornet You're fooling yourself if you think they had any planned maintenance. They haven't earned the title of worst ISP in Canada for nothing.

@XplornetES @Xplornet I'm honestly shocked you replied, given my tumultuous anti-Xplornet post history. I really just want what I'm paying for, and so far that hasn't been the case at all with your residential service. I might be interested in one of those agreements if the service holds up.
