@Xplornet you can bet I ordered my Starlink and can't wait to drop your dogshit fraud service. Making us pay 120$/m for 25GB plus another 40$ so we can use the phone because you're illegally throttling VOiP applications to further shake us down. **** you.

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

@Xplornet .../2 in absence of a .@CRTC enforcement with teeth to change regs to guarantee min speeds solution to congestion problem is cut back the exec greed motive to sign up ever more subscribers well beyond network technical capacity or else truly UPGRADE hardware to handle demands

  • MoeFraser Moe's Mending (@MoeFraser) reported

@mrmikeMTL We have satellite as we are rural 😠 @Xplornet sucks big time. Not reliable enough for #Netflix or other streaming TV

  • TDoraty Trevor Doraty (@TDoraty) reported

@MoeFraser @mrmikeMTL @Xplornet I don't know if they service all the way down to you. But I'm on the same road (7 km away) and we use teksavvy and they're great

@MarieColorie @Xplornet Mine has been so so bad too, only though for maybe 10 weeks :/

  • SprouleStats Stephanie Sproule (@SprouleStats) reported

@_crackrocks_ @Xplornet Same here. Calling the tech support gets you nowhere. Endless loop of getting transferred from xplornet to full throttle. Worst customer service experience ever.

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

for abt $15 /mo more far superior service Total init bill $922 includes 1st month's service fee extra outlay is only $764 all freight & taxes in @Xplornet is simply causing me to waste my $25 / TSN subscription fee anyway so switching looks better all the time.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@BigBadJuan xplornet is working and they tell me. Or this one time when both were down, some strange v slow c-band service (something like that) wasn't and told me that way.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Sunny94FM @Xplornet Here’s a reason why not. Another company offered fibe internet in our area. Higher speeds and cheaper than my Xplornet LTE contract. When I contacted xplornet to cancel they said I have to pay to have their equipment removed from our brick chimney or we could just leave it Brutal

  • WilhelmGere Wilhelm Gere (@WilhelmGere) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @prairietara @Xplornet I've got Sasktel DSL, not too bad, not super-duper crazy fast, but it's okay. May not be available everywhere and comes through a landline.
