@Xplornet how bout improving service in Prince Edward County that has out for 3 days. Xplornet = disaster. No communication. Upsell for stupid care plan when it’s an Xplornet outage. Threaten mileage for tech to come when again issue is an Xplornet outage.

@bruceanderson @Xplornet I had @Xplornet for years as I lived in the country. They are the worst of the worst. I lived in a bungalow and they wanted to put a 30' antenna on my roof.

@Xplornet The problem has not been fixed. We have rebooted a number of times. System south of Picton in Prince Edward County is offline. I opened a ticket Wednesday. Absolutely NO call from Xplornet since. So, don’t tell me things have been restored.

@Xplornet Hi! happy customer (on the LTE package) based in Prince Edward County. Is there an outage in my area? Is there a webpage for xplornet that i can go to? If not, I believe investing in a status page would save customer confusion and time spent for your call centre reps

@Xplornet Internet still down south of Picton. Outage caused by Xplornet. 4 days of outage now. Worst service ever! Don’t see these issues of this magnitude with Bell or Rogers but because we are rural Canadians we are stuck with this useless organization. We need more options.
