@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Yeah, mine did that a few weeks ago for a couple of days. Honestly, mine hasn't been the same since. I used to hit 25mbps and sometimes better. But since then, 10 to 14 is all I can manage. Will also have an outage every couple of days that is sometimes fixed by restarting.

@Xplornet @PabloOfficer @xplornet, you know that your aren't going to fix this through "troubleshooting". STOP LYING. Start apologising and backing it up with RESULTS. It's the only hope you have of getting Canadians to forgive you for what you've done to them all these years. #YourDaysAreNumbered

@Xplornet Our internet has been less than reliable for weeks now. When I talked to support they said they had no idea how long this maintenance will go on. I have been getting daily calls telling me to expect outages. Ridiculous considering the price we pay.

@harrbca @Xplornet I haven't been able to connect to the tower since last night. I see it connect, the status changes to 'network entry' on the cell I usually connect to, and then it disconnects and loops. When it's trying to enter the network the signal numbers are what they usually are.

@Xplornet @DTimchishen Stop LYING. You are not sorry. "Sorry" suggests you will stop doing what you've been doing that caused harm. You have no intention of stopping until perhaps #starlink puts you out of business. Come Clean. Fix your issues. Beg for forgiveness. #YourDaysAreNumbered

The last 3 times I tweeted to @Xplornet about non-existent internet, I got a canned reply asking for details immediately the signal miraculously returned & with greater speed (for a little while) Assuming that I can repeat the pattern with this one...

@harrbca @Xplornet Follow-up, it looks like it reconnected about an hour ago, but I can't connect to anything at home and speed tests from the Google Home app WiFi setting just fail, so I'm guessing it's connected to a poor reception cell again.

@Xplornet Is your PR department fresh out of college? Burying critical tweets with BS posts isn't fixing your problem. The only way out of your imminent demise is being honest with your customers for a change. Start providing what you charge for, and hope Canadians forgive you.
