Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

CityyGal (@LLowney49) reportedI had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks

We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.
