14 hours and counting for this current @Xplornet outage. It bears repeating that they told me it's working fine based on how much data I use. Just rebooted the equipment again, let's see if it decided to reconnect now...

@jwallone @Xplornet Exactly. You know that this “increase” is only happening because there is finally a superior solution on the market. It’s cheaper, simpler, and 10x times better.

In 24 hours we should hopefully have reliable internet and not this #Xplornet ****.

Another useful tidbit: @Xplornet has confirmed my signal quality is high enough to get the package speed of 25/2. (Or is it 1.5? or 2.5?) The fact I've never reliably had that speed means that since signing up for service they've been "managing" the traffic to account for load..

Aaaaaaand, we're back to cycling between "connecting" and "network entry" with zero connectivity on our @Xplornet connection. Wonder how long it will take to come back online this time. The record is 13 hours. I remember it like it was last week. Because it was.

To put it in perspective @Xplornet: Even if my connection was "up" 50% of the time and I still consumed 800GB of data, that's an average speed of 5mbps over the month. I don't dispute that the connection works some of the time. But it doesn't work reliably, that's the issue.

To the person from @Xplornet I just got off the phone with: maybe you should have a chat with the tech that told me there's been an ongoing issue with my tower since February 1. Either they were lying, or you were lying. Or maybe you're both lying. I am so sick of your ****.

@AdamJPfeffer Help install Starlink on Barnums Gully Line by you Tuesday night for my brother. Did a quick test and averaged about 20 Mb/s. Seemed to vary between 5 and 65 MBS. He is happy to get rid of xplornet satellite service with slow speeds and data caps.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Wow, they just want you gone as a customer dont they? How can it be working if you can’t even connect on a regular basis to their service. Are they actively shutting you down?
