    When the services you provide suck so much, you rename yourself to confuse customers into buying the same garbage. @xplore_ca formerly @xplornet.

    @xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

    @xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @rich_sherri @Eastlink @Bell_Aliant My Dad had xplornet because that was all they could get in wentworth and it was expensive and terrible service!!😩

    Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

    @xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam
