@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@CCI_Wireless for the love of all things holy, can someone please respond to my QoS issues? I've been patient since February. It is even worse post @Xplornet purchase. It is almost like you want me to churn? Sub 2Mbps is unacceptable when I pay for your top package.

No, @Xplornet Support Guy, I am not completely factory resetting my entire Google Wifi system. This is a you problem, not a me problem.
