E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.

Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works
