@Xplornet Both your contractors and customers get screwed over and lied to. It wouldn’t have been that hard to warn people of a scheduled outage that was set to last weeks. That would have shown some respect for your customers

@nockturnalguy @djclimenhaga I actually have Starlink & it is awesome. I hope it stays awesome as more ppl sign up for it.. Xplornet is garbage but years ago it was decent too until they expanded the subscription base to the point that it became practically unusable

@Xplornet (@APLenehan) does nothing for service during the contract but now that my contract is up and I phone to cancel they all of a sudden want to send techs out and talk about giving credits on my account. Too late. You havent learned how important customer service is.

@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

Hey @Xplornet, I thought we had a deal that I paid you $85 a month and you provide me with a certain speed of internet. But when your equipment (which I pay a rental fee on) gets blown out of alignment or fails, you say it will cost me $135 to fix.
