@Xplornet could we please just both agree that I no longer want to be a customer and could you please just make that happen automatically? Because #THISISNUTS Thank you.

@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!

@xplornet the wait time for your loyalty department is 56 minutes. Can you explain to me why I have to wait 56 minutes to tell you over the phone that I want to cancel my account?

@Xplornet if you are having me wait 56 minutes to have someone offer me something better to try to keep me as a customer I have to wonder what are you thinking? This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.

Finally got my Starlink. Even on “better than nothing” mode it’s 20-40x better than @Xplornet. $3,000 paid to them over the last couple of years for the worst internet imaginable. Cancelling that service is going to bring me so much happiness.

Hey @Xplornet keeping someone on hold for over 1 hour 21minutes is the one of the many reasons you suck so badly. Israeli cancel our damn account already. You’re holding customers hostage

@Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...

Our Xplornet is almost 1/10 the speed of dialup tonight. Fix your **** or prepare an exit strategy.

@GSmokesweed1 I'm using my tablet while away and that limits me a lot and Xplornet (for North Quebec) sucks...

Xplore (xplornet) Satellite speed's like water running through a clogged drain (except for if it's raining, in which case it just doesn't work at all -- also metered!). #learnfrommymistakes #theworstserviceinNS #atleast
