I am using mobile data to access online services, thanks to Xplornet and their "traffic management policies" destroying my connection. Maybe I should start sending my bill for that back to @Xplornet every month since they're not providing the service they're advertising.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@olblue81 @Xplornet Average speedtest results are 6mbps over the last six months. Average results in the middle of the night (15mbps+) skew that number up, and during the day (2mbps) skew it down. Package speed is 25mbps.

Am I the only one having internet issues tonight? Anyone see this? OMG I'm going to heave the entire computer thru my new front window. @Xplornet are there LTE issues? Can't even access that account. Not in mood for another phone call. argh

  • bookaholic36 TaniaL (@bookaholic36) reported

@JesseBrown @sula_greene In some rural areas, xplornet won’t even add any new customers (who have no alternatives) because they chose not to upgrade their service. Unreal.

  • TheOrac93482874 TheOracle (@TheOrac93482874) reported

@Unsilent17 @Xplornet Everything keeps locking up. Phone service hit and miss too.

  • BoilardMichel michel boilard (@BoilardMichel) reported

@Unsilent17 @Xplornet did that ! throw my computer out the window , it didnt help

  • CAWguy J.L. 1285 (@CAWguy) reported

@JesseBrown @sula_greene Yeah, it was awesome when Xplornet purchased our local, rural ISP, then promptly shut it down leaving us with nothing.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Shinzah321 @kevdevlyn @Xplornet What I mean is, the CRTC has actually approved it, and people in Canada already have the service. It's happening. I'm hopeful their timeline of "early 2021" for a more widespread rollout pans out. Regardless how long it takes, I'm still looking forward to that call to Xplornet.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@FeedYourFuture @Xplornet @Xplornet should change their business practices in 2021 to support rural Canadians by actually providing the services they advertise, instead of retweeting unrelated fluff.

@Synthon61 Yes, an unhappy Xplornet customer. Wireless connection to their tower. That's not the problem - they simply don't have enough bandwidth, especially in the late afternoon & evening, Who is your provider?
