@elonmusk You should open more cells in Saskatchewan 90% of all the cells you open are in Ontario all we got here in xplornet garbage. You opened a cell 7 miles north of me in a swamp where not a single person lives but I'm still stuck on my February 8th pre order...

@LevisBecker I'm in SE Ontario. I'm lucky if I get 2 bars of cell service, and Xplornet is the only internet option....and it is unreliable and unstable.

@Xplornet We have Xplornet and pay 126 per month for the SLOWEST service that always throttles (we are only out weekends and it ALWAYS says we are close to our max—-🙄.. everything always freezes and even pics won’t load. This is truly garbage service that some people are stuck with

@Xplornet @trailhawk2013 Xplornet has terrible customer service and will just tell you "We can't do anything about it". Soon everyone will switch to StarLink.

@Xplornet Advance trouble shooting.. it was an outage?? Nothing to do with my equipment thanks for the generic scripted response

@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

@Xplornet So the DM's are getting me nowhere. 43 days since I ordered and I still don't even have an install date. Do you guys not want customers? If I had any other option for service I would be taking it at this point.

@CanadianCheri I’m not sure you could ever love Xplornet, once you had them, Cheri. First connecting to the internet w/ WWDC, despite really bad service, I stayed with Xplornet after they bought WWDC (perhaps 20 years ago) until I finally gave up in 2020. I have never had such bad service. 1/2

@Xplornet Dear xplornet a 12 hour outage with no ETA is unacceptable .. without any notifications to your customer's and no explanation as to what is happening .."our technicians are on site trouble shooting" is a valid answer at this point.
