    @WynnterB @APLenehan @Xplornet I have taken to referring to Xplornet as "ShitNet." Everyone knows what company I am talking about in this area without further explanation. Options for many rural homes is very limited, and Xplornet simply does not provide the service they claim to sell.

    @Xplornet - I have never seen such a dismal display of product and customer service in one. Just when you thought the big companies like BELL had a monopoly on terrible service, Xplornet has topped them. We upgraded our service only to get 1/2 the speed (not 1/2 the speed...

    @GordHardie @LifeofaDman @Xplornet Don't do it unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for extremely slow and unreliable internet access. They're the worst internet provider I've ever had, no competition.

    @Xplornet Xplornet has bought out my current provider and now I am unable to get service as you are not using their towers. This is the second time this has happened to us. #nothanksxplornet

    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    I’m using ethernet on my PC and it’s still slow why am I not getting what I’m paying for I don’t even go over 40 down and 3 up @Xplornet

    @Xplornet How about having your techs fix your ****** broken internet instead of taking pictures... Now I see why the service is so expensive and speeds are never anywhere near what is promised...

    @Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!

    @VoosieVooters @APLenehan @Xplornet Just because we live in rural Canada we should have to accept whatever we can get from ISPs? I have never achieved the level of connectivity I was assured when I joined. Zero reliability. Zero accountability. Zero concern for customer satisfaction.
