They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues

I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple
