Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 Its a trap no one can help you they just look at your device and say its congestion or there is nothing they can do. Every thing is fine here. Worst service in Canada It should be ILLEGAL you claim you can watch high quality streaming.

Xplornet tried to pull the wool over me some years again until I threatened legal action as well as chucking the dish through there head office

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.
