    @xplore_ca, when will you guys restore the Internet service in Standoff? No service for almost 24 hours? I called support and left 3 VM, and no update so far.

    @xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

    @JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

    @b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

    @xplore_ca No service for over six hours and can't even get a hold of a support agent or anything. You're luckyI don't have any other option in this area. I would switch in a heartbeat

    @xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.

    @bobs_626 @FringedCanuck @Starlink First outage in 3 years......I guess I shouldn't *****. I used to be with Xplornet. On the phone twice a week with those Bastards.

    @xplore_ca The last few days our speeds have been between .5 and 1 not much works at that speed and in April they are increasing rates because we get such amazing service NOT

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.
