@Xplornet I called tech support and was able to determine that my modem was fine. Your tech was unaware of any satcom issues (he kept calling it a tower), yet my service mysteriously restored itself almost exactly 48hrs after it failed. You need to be more transparent on satcom outages.

@Xplornet My wifi has been terrible lately, I can’t wait till starlink comes out, would rather pay $130 a month with speeds of 150mb down and 50 up with 20-40 ping instead of $110 a month for 2mb down and 2mb up and 80+ ping ive called support many times but there’s nothing they can do.

Hey @Xplornet can you please go back to what you were doing last spring for your satellite customers? Some of us are still working from home because of this pandemic and not having enough accessible internet is a MAJOR issue.

  • StarBuck_83 ✨StarBuck_83✨ (@StarBuck_83) reported

by allowing us to remove xplornet from our lives completely my bill is $145 dollars a month for "up to" 25Mbps with unlimited download... it's pretty sad that I don't even get 3Mbps anymore. I get there is more pressing matters at hand then my **** internet but the ones suffering

@Xplornet I called your Customer Service over 4hrs ago and am still waiting for a call back. Is anyone working? My internet is out and could use a little tech support here 🤨

  • StanYLZ Stanley Zhang (@StanYLZ) reported

@Xplornet Why is explorenet signal always bad in midnight? Is it a scheduled downsizing?

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet If they are lucky they might be a bit faster then dialup but I doubt it with your **** service.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet If he records his playing on an old wax cylinder, puts it on a train to BC, I'm betting people in BC could play the wax cylinder before xplornet's crap internet would be able to load it online.

@MaloneOCSB Currently in the same boat :/ I've been working from home for most of this pandemic, and we reached 90% today and it's only the 18th. We'll be maxed out by the end of the week and will be out of luck until February. Xplornet Satellite is our only option and it's horrible.

  • LizKReimer Liz Reimer (@LizKReimer) reported

@Xplornet We’ve called a few times. We’ve had techs out. Support tells us to unplug it and plug it back in. And that’s what we do now daily just to get some sort of usage. It’s a joke. We only have your service because it’s literally the only one available. Most expensive & least reliable
