@Xplornet @ellenrhudson $130 a month and I can't get my job done and both my kids couldn't connect to school. That's so ******* "fair". Thank you so much. What an idiot who replied with this criminal policy. When Starlink is fully released I will be issuing a civil suit to get back every single penny.

@Xplornet I think the reason xplornet's crap keeps breaking down is their tech are spending all their time out looking for pictures to take. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet @APLenehan You should get back onto the Vanscoy tower. I’ve had some problems, but nothing like you.

@jsjlivestock @Xplornet Their customer service sucked when we had them. Had Netset with no complaints, and then Xplornet took them over. Reliability and service went way downhill. But the bullet and installed RFNow fibre optic. Absolutely love it.

@Xplornet @liohn Yeah, but they're busy serving unhappy customers, so be prepared to wait on hold for four hours. Instead, bait and switch. Call to say you're interested in signing up, then after they put you right through, tell them "just kidding, cancel it!"
