@Xplornet Please explain why you advertise unlimited internet when you don't provide unlimited internet. My plan says unlimited but when I call in, the voice robot reports that my service is currently in a "limited" state. That's.Not. Unlimited.

@Xplornet Thanks, but it's not a tech support issue, it's just oversubscribed. It's all time of day. First thing in the morning? Great! Late afternoon/evening? Don't bother. Too many people all drinking from the same hose, and everyone being stuck at home is exasperating the situation.

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet If my other local option wasn't capped at 200GB I'd go back in a heartbeat. But 200GB for a home connection is laughable, especially with things like security cameras, school and work. A consistent quality of service, even if it's 10mbps, isn't an unrealistic expectation.

Jeff from E-Clip IT Solutions in Saskatoon has the worst job in the world. He gets to fix broken @Xplornet stuff. He was at my house today. On my roof. In -23C weather. He'll be coming back later tonight to finish. Fingers crossed things improve on Martensville tower.

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet We fall back on our mobile data and tether to get though. Thank God my bill cycle is about to reset because we're close to going over. Again. Luckily that is the "unlimited" plan from Telus that just gets slowed down. Rural living!

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet They are horrible. The only thing they do well is take money.

@Xplornet there is a disconnect between local installers and tower maintenance. A new tower went up about 2km away and within line of site. Potential customers cannot get a signal. Local installer tried everything and thinks it the tower. Can I get the write person to talk to?

On @Xplornet I average 6 mbps for the service they advertise "up to" 25 mbps. Xplornet isn't high speed internet.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I don't think we have unreasonable expectations for internet service. Xplornet just doesn't provide any level of usable service after you are through the "trial" period. I am waiting for Starlink too.
