Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reported@xplore_ca Did the forest suddenly spring up last month? No. It's been there quite a while, and the high speed internet has worked without a problem through at least 3 Summer's worth of leaves. I have enough signal now to reply, but it takes a full minute to send. Videos won't load.

Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

All In (@apclaus) reported@xplore_ca Hands down, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With other options unavailable, I had to put up with paying for 25 MB/S service but only receiving 3 MB/S and almost no upload speed. I wasted hours on the phone with them…they don’t care. 💸💸
