  • Real_McMunchie Derek Holowka 🇨🇦 (@Real_McMunchie) reported

As I sit in my house using my cellular data to work, my 30 minutes on hold with @Xplornet has now turned into 1 hr 15 minutes on hold and counting. Left Xplornet because of constant issues but got swallowed up into it again when they bought Netset. I pay too much for this.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet you guys are ***. fix your shitty *** internet before you get put out of business

  • jamesbergeron James Bergeron (@jamesbergeron) reported

@xplornet I think your bandwidth policers are broken. I start downloading at 1Mbps about 2 mins later it drops to 20kb/s and my internet goes completely down. Pause download, wait 1 min, resume and it goes to 1Mbps and drops to 20kb/s again. Like clockwork!

  • CarnageCrypto Volcanic Protector Man (@CarnageCrypto) reported

@CBCNews @connellcbc I would easily pay double the price for Starlink. I'm currently getting scammed by @Xplornet for $235/mo. 1600ms latency with less than 5Mb up and 0.5Mb down.

@gbaker386 @Xplornet Well that doesn't help me at all!

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Imagine being an angry xplornet customer just hoping some company out there will help take some of the pressure off making bills during these times. Then there's xplornet trying to be the next social network by posting whatever link they think will make them seem like they care.

  • Xenhas Xenhas (@Xenhas) reported

@GreatRootBear The starlink satellites got in the LOS of xplornet and cut the signal LOL

  • rammyramramram Ram (@rammyramramram) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet @APLenehan How can a company possibly even charge you money for service that is quite literally worse than the network at an overcrowded starbucks

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@gbaker386 Is there an internet service that transcribes what is happening in a Twitch stream to text so that those of us on @Xplornet internet can still participate in your streams?

  • LNahuliak Larissa Nahuliak (@LNahuliak) reported

@Xplornet the year is 2020, the technology that exists in this era should allow for better service than what we currently receive. This is absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and how are my children to remote learn with this horrible internet.
