@Xplornet And right beside the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is the rest of your internet speed! Thieves. Crooks. Liars. 9 Days now waiting for a tech support call...

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet, please explain how my download speed is 33kbps and my upload still 1.8mbps.. If my upload is capable of at least that, shouldn't the download as well? How's *that* work? Don't bother with an answer. You're plainly incompetent at running a network.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet With all these pointless pictures, I'm starting to get an idea of why xplornet's service is so bad. Their "tech"s waste a lot of money going to random rural locations to take pictures and not service any of the equipment. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

  • MikeJam19153378 Mike James (@MikeJam19153378) reported

I wonder what will happen to @Xplornet once more re-sellers and starlink are up and running? Between their service, data-caps, pricing, and sometimes brutal customer service is it really worth it?

  • Khrunts yo (@Khrunts) reported

    Yo @Xplornet your internet sucks *** 👍

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

When @Xplornet offers to discount your bill because they can't live up to the advertising let them know they should be reimbursing you for subscriptions you can't access because of how awful they are. Netflix, Prime, Disney, Xbox Live, Stadia, iRacing, the list goes on...

  • buddydog09 JWG (@buddydog09) reported

@Xplornet AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH - "UP TO" - you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!! Ya just like you provide me 'up to" 25 MBps. Never once seen over 4 MBps. You are snake oil sales people.

  • sheepfarmbecca Rebecca Parker (@sheepfarmbecca) reported

@TracyRimmer @Xplornet Wow that is sad! When I called in because my modem died the person seemed very surprised I had been a client for over a decade. I don't think people stick with them long because of this ongoing problem.

  • TracyRimmer TracyRimmer (@TracyRimmer) reported

@Xplornet Could you maybe stop posting photos of animals and start supplying the service you’re being paid for? Maybe?

  • NPayneEditor Nancy Payne (@NPayneEditor) reported

Three and a half hours on the phone with @Xplornet including a call dropped by @bell_support after an hour on hold. Nothing solved. Too late to reach the service company today. I live in southern Ontario minutes from a town of 20,000. This is the digital divide.
