Another night with ****** internet #xplornetistheworst @Xplornet they’ll tell me to call to not be able to fix the issue lol

  • shmaelo Shae D (@shmaelo) reported

@Xplornet Your loyalty department will not answer the phone to allow me to cancel my service. How can Sales pick up immediately, but you will not provide any methods to cancel?!?!

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@alexposadzki @globeandmail Don't buy into it. Xplornet is, and has long been, an absolutely, horribly good awful company, and terribly unreliable connectivity provider. Gotta be hands down the worst provider in Canada. They survive only by buying out competition to hold a monopoly...

  • TanyaMMDash Tanya Dash (@TanyaMMDash) reported

@Xplornet Just checked, it's back up now . It was 3 days of no service! And no one when I called knew or give any eta of when was going be restored.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

Things were finally looking up for us rural internet customers, service was still not perfect and speeds still lacked compared to town, but we were finally free from the exploitative @Xplornet monopoly. Or so it seemed, again...

  • tara_m_davidson Lonesome Dove Ranch (@tara_m_davidson) reported

@AgDebraM Yes! It’s been great. I had to spend thousands in radio satellites just to get an xplornet signal to my yard. The start up for starlink was peanuts.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@HoneycutRa @Xplornet Lol, I feel for you on that one. By every coverage map out there, I should have perfectly good service. In reality, being just over the crest of a valley edge/hill, I'm in a hole from even a tower that's just over a mile away. I have to stand on the shop roof to send a text...

  • EeveeKyoryu Eevee_Kyoryu (@EeveeKyoryu) reported

@Xplornet Tweeting about coyotes and there is still no ETA for the internet, nor is there any update, just coyotes and ******* tweets about Ed, and Taylor. News flash! No one ******* cares!!!! FIX YOUR ****.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

Finally free from @Xplornet, and with wonderful timing, another option finally came to my area. A new provider, CCI Wireless, began installing towers around Alberta and provided a far, far better service. They even seemed to actually care about customer support.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@Xplornet Internet out, at your exorbitant prices, since Saturday night, and this is what you decide to tweet about? How about you fix the problem, or at least reach out to customers with an explanation and compensation for downtime, like CCI would have before you bought them...
