    I had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks

    @xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    Anyone have Xplornet & can’t get consistent service with a 3rd party router? Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out

    @xplore_ca Games=Unplayable watching streams in any decent quality is non existent Streaming or uploading of any kind is non existent I will certainly lose my job because of this companies bad internet. Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.

    @JennArndt Our ONLY Internet option for our new house is Xplornet, and it's HORRIBLE. So frustrating. So expensive for extremely slow Internet.

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.
