Brandie Harrop (@BrandieHarrop) reported@middle_over @strathconian We have tried xplornet, mcsnet, Telus, bell, Syban, and others that are no longer around. Part of the issue is they over sell the tower taking on more clients than the tower can service. Resulting in crap service for everyone. Crap service that they are charging $150/month for.

I'm a new client & made more calls to technical and billing support in the last several weeks than in my 5 years with #ShawCable /1

I have never achieved the level of connectivity I was assured when I joined. Zero reliability. Zero accountability. Zero concern for customer satisfaction.
