MeanLadyOnTheSwing♀️ (@MichelleWTHell) reported@xplore_ca My internet has become incredibly slow and unreliable since Explore had bought out CCI here in rural Alberta. My neighbours too have noticed it. Instead of buying trucks, relocate that money towards improving your towers!
-
EmceeLagiacrus (@RTFreshNFruity) reportedIf you live in New Brunswick, Canada and you value your time, money and/or sanity, do NOT buy @xplore_ca internet. Never in my life have I seen an ISP that struggles so hard to make internet happen.

who cares (@ChewyChewyChomp) reported@xplore_ca is down again!!! Final straw. I’m moving my service to #Starlink @SpaceX
-
G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

Jason Wright (@JasonDwright2) reported@issaibahim84 @Bell_Support StarLink is 140.00 a month. We are up over 450 mbs on a Gen2 receiver. The Mini we have on the trucks ,we are seldom under 350 mbs even doing 65 mph down the highway. We had Bell,it went down more than my ex wife, samething with Xplornet,Telus. Starlink has been the best to date.

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Why ******** do i need to wait until 1AM to get good internet this is dumb as ****.
-
Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported@PrimusHelps Your customer service is non-existant. You and #Xplornet are ine in the same. Garbage.
-
James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca Pretty pic but don’t care, weak attempt to distract from stealing from people by not providing the service they pay for.
