    @Xplornet And then when other options come finally you upgrade like you didn’t oversell in the first place Business is business but you’re literally shady as hell based on my experience you provide minimal service and only upgrade when you have to you were only going to do 100 with 5G

    @NinesCatudio I gave up on Xplornet years ago; it was always the same story “we’re upgrading our equipment, service has improved!” But it never did.

    Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

    @Xplornet Did he also find interet service? Mine has been deliberately shut down by @Xplornet . They are unwilling to own up to their mistake. @Xplornet is the worst!

    @Xplornet why oh why does my service keeping dropping. For two weeks now, stops and starts, drops off completely and have to power cycle it. It was good for so long and now...crap. It is extremely important to be online with kids at home!!! Be better.

    @jbondguy007 @Xplornet don't worry you will be safely back under your "Up To" Mark within a few days. I am sure they are glad that you pointed out the oversight as they cannot have rumors getting out that they supply "quality" or "service", even on accident.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!
