    @jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

    @lumsdenjim1 @Xplornet That sucks. All I know is there were outages and degraded service across Ontario yesterday.

    Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.

    @Xplornet internet is out in Brighton ON for 8 hours now? Your customer service is horrible. Any update? Thank god for @elonmusk bringing consistent MODERN speeds for realistic pricing.
