    @PowderHoundPup $144 CAD/monthly unlimited bandwidth, hardware was $700 CAD incl. Wifi Router. Plug n Play in 10min. Xplornet was $115/monthly for 10gb usage. Xplornet hardware had rental fees etc plus contract. No contract with Starlink, cancel anytime. Cost difference minimal :)

    @xplornet Its been a whole week barely being able to load a webpage in the Edward's, ON area, I spent over an on your technical support line on hold with no response and it's not an issue on our end? Am I supposed to pay 100+ dollars for this mediocre service

    @Mark_Goldberg @mgeist @NDP 3. XPlornet as well as the other big 3 have all received significant subsidies from taxpayers to support rural rollout.

    I guess emailing and calling for over 2 years asking for this to be fixed wasn't enough time for Xplornet to resolve this issue. Well how about this, I'll pay the bill when the service works!!!!!

    Was running an errand today, and saw an ad for a Xplornet. Promo on 50Mbps down. Considering it was 30Mbps a decade ago, that’s not much of an improvement. Hoping it’s their lowest tier. I get 600Mpbs at home.

    @HtechFirearms @Xplornet Sad to see I'm not the only one. They swore they were giving me a free month...instead double billed me. They got some serious problems! What else is there for rural peeps?

    @Xplornet Now go fix Wolfe Island, Ontario please!!! Ugh!! We get a whole half meg speed for $100/month!!! Dail up was faster!

    @Xplornet how much longer for email to be down? You might want to share that info with your customers so they don’t waste time dealing with your terrible customer service!
