    @UncleDrewGB @Xplornet sucks

  • myles_kin Myles Standish Kin Folk (@myles_kin) reported

    @Xplornet cancelled your service tonight, the rep that I spoke with was horrible and took me in the worst process to cancel I've ever been through. I must have told them I want to cancel about 15 times before they actually did what I asked. Good riddance!!

    @rastasack That's not bad at all...for the options we have. I am paying 140 for 50Mbit from xplornet, taxes included. Unlimited but have never seen 50Mbit yet....usually around 25 at best...only 1.5 upload....no other options though.

    @lynayanb It is hard. They won’t do it. None of their friends are involved in Bell or Rogers. But investing in Xplornet... old tech continues to keep rural NB poor. PC’s sit on board reaping in public money. NS and PEI are going through same thing. People are connecting dots to proof.

    @authorgeriglenn @Xplornet YUP. We figure ‘up to’ should mean at least 75% full service of the $120 plus we pay a month.

  • tamalamadngdong Tammy (@tamalamadngdong) reported

    @Xplornet There’s been an outage all day. When will it be resolved?

  • bellaatheplug Taco Bella (@bellaatheplug) reported

    Never choose @Xplornet for internet. You will hate your life when they decide to do maintenance on a Wednesday during the day in a pandemic when everyone is working from home

  • HobbinsDane Dane Hobbins (@HobbinsDane) reported

    @Xplornet, very frustrated with the service. Slow, unreliable and down now for 12 hours. When the opportunity comes for replacement, you will not be considered.

  • starkinly Sara (@starkinly) reported

    @Xplornet Do you have an updated ETA of when we will be back up and running? Nearly 24hrs and its way past 9pm yesterday. We’ve been customers barely 2 weeks. I don’t like paying for a service we aren’t receiving.
