    @dianapoulsen @Xplornet I have the same problem in Kawarthas with them, they can't take any calls, and their "support" email tells me they can't provide support via email!

    @Xplornet Prepare to lose more than half your customers the moment starlink becomes available. Massive outage and not a single update or phone line available for hours. Not to mention we’ve had to restart our modem every single morning for the last month. Such a tone deaf company.

    @Xplornet has your customer service guy left for the night? No internet connection here and the customer support phone number was a recording telling me they’re too busy and then hung up. Really?

    Hey @Xplornet why is my internet down? Trenton, ON region. Called your help line and there are so many people calling there was no room in the queue. Wow that's great service.

    @Xplornet a bunch of your customers are out of service and your phone lines are unavailable. How about a tweet to let your customers know? Starlink can’t come soon enough.
