    I am so ridiculously fed up with rural internet. Can't even do basic **** half the time because xplornet can't handle streaming ******* video if it's even functioning to begin with.

    @Xplornet charging a mileage fee to fix the internet connection "because of my location" is a **** move. Isn't satellite internet service for those who have no other option (usually meaning remote!?!?!)

    @Juleflower @Xplornet I am off of the Gulf Shore Rd. and without Xplornet as well. It has been a problem for weeks, many calls made and no results! Why isn't the tower fixed yet? Why do we have to pay for a service we are not receiving?

    @Xplornet can someone explain why a house with no service for 3 yrs still gets charged every month, and then you will not credit the time back? #poor service # wouldnotreccomend

    @Xplornet @rainkeltoia42 It's 2022 and not to point the finger at any one internet provider but it's a damn shame that we are still crying out for reliable Singal since the birth of the pubic domain in 1993.

    @very_sherrie @Xplornet I don’t know what the problem is to be honest. It seems each call there is another reason. We are not paying for the month of august. So you can probably get the month free - but it doesn’t cover the cost of all the data being used. So frustrating!

    @Xplornet With no accountability to your customers. You do suck. Your up to 5mb 10mb 50mb etc with no guarantee minimum. I had many problems with your system. Oversold towers is not a problem with people flocking to Starlink now is it?
