    @Xplornet can we get an update on why your internet service is out across most of the country? Your service is out more often than it is working. So frustrating!!

    @Xplornet @CTVNews @globalnews any media can pick up this outage? This is a company being given millions in federal grants (our tax dollars) and yet Over an hour and no statement. Also how were all waiting for starlink. #xplornetsucks #xplornetoutagemarch4free

    @DParent49883464 @Xplornet I got the email that starlink was available in my area last week and took the time to order while on hold with xplornet support for 45 minutes.

    @Xplornet any update on this outage? I tried to use my phone to open a case online and couldn’t get anywhere. Will you offer credit or will we have to call back to get a credit?
