In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

@Xplornet My internet with you is AWFUL. I consistently have to switch from my WiFi to my mobile data just so a video from The Weather Network will load on my phone. I have to watch everything on 240p and it still buffers. I'm moving soon, better internet here I come!!

@Xplornet What’s with the @Xplornet service not working all weekend at Lester beach? Such spotty service. It’s only 930 and I’ve reset everything four times this morning and still no Internet

@Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

@Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.
