  • jlitke1 Canadian Karen Walker🎶👩🏻‍💻🌈🍷🏈 (@jlitke1) reported

@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet And mine. We're going on 3 days, and when I called support they said my whole region was out. Three days? Really?

  • Making8 Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.

  • ChrisLaBossiere Chris LaBossiere 🌻 🇺🇦 (@ChrisLaBossiere) reported from Minton, Saskatchewan

@Making8 @Xplornet I was able to get it after about 4 months waiting. I thinks it's actually better now. Support is not great but it's pretty much trouble free after it's setup. We're getting 80 mbps downloads instead of 3-4, so well worth it.

  • adambecevello Adam Becevello (@adambecevello) reported

@gbeldam @Xplornet We are on @Xplornet at our cottage and honestly the second I get my Starlink dish and service set up I’m cancelling the crap xplornet service and never looking back.

  • Jay_Averill Jay Averill (@Jay_Averill) reported

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Had to do the same. They just can’t compete with the speed and reliability of Starlink. Xplornet did have great customer service but that can’t compensate for a poor product they aren’t upgrading.

  • SouthwellJoan joan Southwell (@SouthwellJoan) reported

@Xplornet Why would I call I do know to reboot my system. Why don't you just fix your end that where the problem is day 3 and counting so be I expect a 3 day discount on my and every else bill. No service no pay.

  • MeanGeneOil MeanGene (@MeanGeneOil) reported

@Xplornet I actually moved homes so I didn’t have to put up with Xplornet. Never heard of starlink… probably because my internet was so bad.

  • ConSpark86 Chris Dyer ConSpark (@ConSpark86) reported

@Xplornet my internet has been down west of red deer for about 14 hours now, any explanation?

  • NewtAedes Aedes Scheer 💙💛 (@NewtAedes) reported

@Gudie Meanwhile Xplornet is cutting off satellite service to remote clients in the Yukon (or those north of Whitehorse). Could we use some of that money to extend the service here until an affordable alternative provider can be found? @drbrendanhanley @Premier_Silver

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

@Xplornet The problem has not been fixed. We have rebooted a number of times. System south of Picton in Prince Edward County is offline. I opened a ticket Wednesday. Absolutely NO call from Xplornet since. So, don’t tell me things have been restored.
