@Xplornet @JKosuth Your tech support can b never fix the problem duh you need more towers,I've been bitching about it since Feb and soon as I find a faster company I'm leaving you people

  • GerardCooke8 Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported

@B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Good luck with anything from xplornet. Over the weekend the Pugwash, NS tower was giving me a 1 to 2 download. It’s been this way for the last year horrible service!!

  • dubsak Wade (@dubsak) reported

@JayNauta Yeah. Lots of folks use Xplornet and it’s just pure garbage. Incredibly unreliable and the service is not good. A lot of the modern world leaves rural people without the things we take for granted.

@RobertELaurie @LFarmakoulas My understanding from minimal research is monthly fees are about the same as Xplornet but you have to purchase the equipment upfront (+/- $350 USD). But my Xplornet is almost as slow as dial up some days and Starlink is allot faster

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

@Xplornet Thanks. That’s what I figured. Have you ever thought of an app that customers could go to see outages and estimated fix times? Kind of like what @FortisAlberta has for power issues?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!

  • Manninp03 Patrick Manning (@Manninp03) reported

@Xplornet online address availability function isn't working. All addresses come back "no results found" please fix

  • lifewith3boyz DanaA (@lifewith3boyz) reported

@Xplornet You have had ample opportunity to review our account. Xplornet was good when it was Netset. Now it sucks. Usually I shut off my wifi when I get home at night and my data with Telus works great! Would never recommend @Xplornet

  • justin_schwab9 Justin Schwab (@justin_schwab9) reported

@bsproat I have Xplornet, awful, been waiting for starlink for over 6 or 7 months at least now

  • GerardCooke8 Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported

@Xplornet Fix the tower in Pugwash, NS !!!
