Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

Is it only my connection? @PLawrenceMP we need reliable reasonably priced rural internet. Xplornet is our only option providing us with an upload speed of .2. That’s point 2!

J✨ (@i_like_soup_) reportedHey Xplornet!! A customer not having internet for 6 days is not acceptable in case you were wondering!!! I put up with having 2 Mbps speeds when I pay for 50 Mbps (at a price that should get me gigabit speeds) but this is ridiculous!!!
