AC (@GroulxGrant) reported from Nipissing, Ontario. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

Because I already have the canopy system from Eastlink which is slow and completely unreliable I won't be getting anything for the foreseeable future

Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet A lot of the people who use Xplornet Service end up getting crappy service because they don’t have enough free time because they don’t have parents who raised them well and I’m very fortunate to have very good parents and that’s why I didn’t go to college school 🏫 like most

Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet @Google Xplornet does actually have 5G Internet already but it’s not really that great 👍 and all they do is try to bypass all the @Google Service that you get with 4G and it messes with your Internet and you shouldn’t use the service at all and they use fake content from @Google
