@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

@Xplornet This hurts University of Lethbridge more than it helps them. I wouldn't go anywhere they only have xplornet available. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

@Xplornet Your company is so trash, you get money from the government to connect people in rural Canada to Internet but don’t care when we call to let you know that you guys are having issues in this area and nobody can connect to your service when you are the only provider
