  Just had my first real outage with @SpaceX Starlink. Lasted about a half hour, maybe 45 minutes. My account portal had a banner that told me about it AND gave an ETA for a return of service. Two things I've never seen that pathetic excuse for an ISP @Xplornet ever do.

  @Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

  So @Xplornet I've been begging you for 3 years to get my service fixed! I'm paying over $100 each month for internet that works about 40% of the time and that's ONLY if I use an ethernet cable!! This is why people hate @Xplornet!!! #FixYourService #FuckingRipOff #XplornetSucks
