James White (@JamesWh52280846) reported@Xplornet Since you are delivering a steady 30.9 KB/s I suppose I should cancel all of my streaming subscriptions, and dust off my old 28.8 baud dial-up modem b/c I sure as hell can't watch anything. You should be ashamed of the "service" you "provide".

Susan (@ssnjagger) reported@Xplornet Any news on the Bradford tower? This is a terrible time to experience an outage for over 24 hours.
-
Jessica Holmes (@JessicaHolmes03) reported@Xplornet I have been reduced to privately facebook messaging the local tech because your rep refused to contact or provide contact information for him. This is beyond unacceptable. You service a large part of NB, not providing immediate action is atrocious.

Marchant, JP (@JeffMarrrrrchan) reported@madinuk @FrankReardon1 Im not trying to minimize your concerns but the vast majority of rural Canadians are unable to connect. Our county council for example just spent 2M with xplornet to introduce LTE service, its $99/month for 25mbps. I just got online, I had previously had 1mbps for the same price

Trevor PETERSEN (@wheatiepete) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta@DTimchishen Us too. For what we pay the @Xplornet sucks. We are looking for something else. Was suggested to look into Telus Hub.

Jean-F Davignon (@jfinqc) reported@Xplornet I am a customer that is willing to pay for any usage I need and according to your retention service there is nothing you can do to restore my service for 1 evening. #xplornetnotcustomerfriendly
