    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    @Xplornet at what point do you start refunding your clients for terrible service and down time? This is literally the worst internet provider on the planet. They know they are the only provider for some areas and they rip those customers off severely!

    @elonmusk My First Nation reserve has terrible internet and is in need of starlink Mr. Musk. Attawapiskat, Ontario currently only has xplornet and xittel which only offer 2-10mbs download and 2 mbs upload. We need your help.

    @Xplornet , Customer Service Representatives working this evening? Website changed again. I can't add more data on my own anymore. Are there other service plans available to existing customers? Options disappear when I enter my postal code.

    @CatusPetasatus I've already got Xplornet, going with them, their telephone service is new. I'm having my antenna upgraded so I can do streaming.

    @INeededTheMoney @Xplornet Ya can't say I disagree... service was amazing for a year. Now it's gone to **** . Peak loads down to continual buffering. CCI acquisition had old infrastructure and now they are using it too. Very disappointed. Have several friends in this area with @starlink. Rave reviews.

    @WellyAdvertiser I have objections as soon as I hear the name Xplornet. Never had more inconsistent, poor service.
