@billgatescooka @Xplornet Yeah. That’s what they do. Because they can, with those two little words “up to”. They don’t have to provide you with what you pay for, so long as your internet is “working” they don’t give a ****. I’ve been with xploitnet for 20 years bud. They’re the worst.

  • JohnMasswohl John Masswohl (@JohnMasswohl) reported

@VirtualAstro I am envious. I live in rural Canada and currently pay more than that for sub-par service from my only option....satellite from @Xplornet.

  • Camehdian Cam (@Camehdian) reported

@elonmusk Could you help out a 17 year old kid (me) and buy @Xplornet so I can get good connection. My parents are too stubborn to ever call or to switch to starlink once it releases so I'm stuck with this garbage until I move out.

@Xplornet Do you work at the pace of a garden slug working its way across a five acre garden? I suppose that's apt given how slow your network is. Don't want people getting used to the idea you can go faster.

@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet What system exactly? Are you able to take a screenshot of the notice (remove your private information)? I read Xplornet was shutting down in a certain area(s), is it related to that?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Do you have to pay anything? What exactly is new? Will the service be of equal or better quality? Keep us informed of this one. Good to find someone affected and how it all turns out.

  • FrankReardon1 Frank Reardon Photos (@FrankReardon1) reported

@Xplornet Ok this is crazy @Xplornet on hold for over an hour now. Customer service is like the best Internet speeds. Have to hang up. Got things to do 😡

  • MohawkMocs Mohawk Mocs (@MohawkMocs) reported

@Xplornet We already went thru all of this. You even sent a tech to our place, he couldnt get a signal, so he left.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

Xplornet has, by and large, failed to deliver on their promise: "Connecting Canadians to what matters". Doubly so during this pandemic where I could barely work from home and my children had issues accessing online learning tools like Google Meet and Classroom.

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thx again. Just checked it out. And that's not what I'm looking for at all. This seems to me to be an unfair trade practice. Is there nowhere I can go with a complaint about signing up for a service the company seems to have no commitment to delivering?
