    @AndersonJG @Xplornet Yes I know, but not really wanting to give them money and plus its $950 to purchase equipment + $160+/month for service.... Xplornet is supposed to be already giving me internet.

    The modem will report the internet is down at the management screen. I've not only reset the modem. I cut down two small trees in the yard to ensure clean line of sight to the tower that might have been obstructed by summer growth. Connection is acting like Xplornet's now.

    @Xplornet YOUR SERVICE SUCKS AS USUAL. NO EMAIL SERVICES TODAY. REALLY HARD TO DO BUSINESS THAT NEEDS EMAIL ACCESS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.

    So @Xplornet , I was upsold to move my home service to my cottage, paid each month waiting for a tech to install it, and I'm now being told I'm not entitled to a full refund on those months because I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled. VERY unhappy former customer.

    @Xplornet is there an outage in Lac ste anne county? I have not been able to connect to wifi since a big wind storm came through last night.

    @Xplornet if you work from home and your internet provider is Xplornet you will probably loose your job because of bad service

    @TheTobster111 Well I hope this doesn’t do anything to Starlink because it has changed our rural lives for the better. We only had xplornet which is the worst service

    @PierrePoilievre I agree. CRTC fails Canadians. My slow internet bill cost more than my monthly electricity bill. @Xplornet @CRTCHearings

    @JimCaseNL I have a dish at my cabin; marginal cell reception, not enough signal for xplornet, but other than an occasional dropout for a few seconds, Starlink works fine.
