@_chark2020_ @Xplornet And they still try to reach out with their fake “let us help you” bull💩 I’ve been down the tech road so many times I could do it blindfolded. I’m sure u have too. No improvement.

  • pcarbonno Pierre Carbonneau (@pcarbonno) reported

@Xplornet After replying and trying to establish communication, still no reply 3 days later. Now that’s customer service!

  • SMBowley Steve Bowley (@SMBowley) reported

@redjane I feel your pain - used to be an Xplornet satellite customer at our farm, and had that kind of performance all the time. Isn't Musk's new sat service available in E.Ont now?

  • Jesticul8Wildly Jessica VanDusen (@Jesticul8Wildly) reported

@Xplornet Honestly, I don’t see how phone call is going to remedy two full days of spotty service due to “maintenance” after reviewing a robocall warning the day before. I had to scramble to reschedule meetings and work from my cellphone. If I have data overages, can I send you the bill?

  • SHARKEY16 Clark Cunningham (@SHARKEY16) reported

Who out there is having problems with Xplornet!? Bad, slow connections & to make it worse we received direction from a CSR during the MB/Ont border shutdown, as a direct result our service is minimal at best, thanks 4 the advice! Ya might wanna do something about it @APlenehan 🤔

  • AdamMit46744465 Enjoy 🇨🇦 (@AdamMit46744465) reported

@Xplornet But yet it’s so bad I can’t listen to @NEWSTALK1010 on @tunein . Been a customer for 10 years and now have a huge tower within 1000ft of my property, but yet internet service is 1 step above dialup. Riddle me this Batman, why is that? And why am I still a loyal paying customer?

  • twistedroutes Twisted Routes (@twistedroutes) reported

@SpaceXStarlink any plans to expand beta in Ontario, or just make the service available? Waiting until October feels unbearable. Also, will it be seasonally pause-able like existing services (xplornet et al)?
