@mcduffiechrisAU @Xplornet Not sure where you are but same here in North Halton. Can’t wait until Standard Broadcasting hooks us up to fibre connection in a month or so then I can kiss this ****** over priced xplornet “service” goodbye

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.

.@Xplornet hey, just upgraded to LTE service 3 days ago and now we have ZERO wifi...in Southern Ontario...

@Mike_L_Bailey @startca I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

@Xplornet No troubleshooting required. Your satellite service is overloaded and useless in its present state. Because it is a single satellite, upgrading capacity is next to impossible. Don’t waste your money folks.

@Xplornet can you please fix the internet issue just east of Red Deer in Red Deer County? It’s tough to do live classes without internet… Unless you want to chip in on the cell phone bill….
