This just in, @Xplornet is a piece of **** AGAIN I cannot count how many times I've lost internet these past two weeks I AT LEAST have not had internet from when I woke up at 6:30am to now (11:15am) and I'm sure it's not going to be back anytime soon, as per usual

Attention xplornet customers!! Not only is the company super awful with poor coverage and even worse customer service, they’re also common thieves who steal by charging credit cards even after their services are terminated. Do not trust them. @Xplornet

Yes and Xplornet does not see fit to equip their node tower sites with backup EMER generators yet biz and govts want us all to drop old ways and do everything online, Doesn't work when power fails at least OTA TV used to cover rural MB widely

@Xplornet Rural service is lacking big time. We get poor service with a big price tag. Rural connection should be lower.

@Xplornet They will get to visit the dog over and over again, until the customer gives up and just accept that they will never get anything close to what is promised from the isp. At that point they will stop calling, because it's a waste of time and too late to get out of the contract.

Holy. Up and running in under 5 minutes. Now the fun of calling Xplornet and sitting on hold for an hour to cancel their garbage

Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported
In MB, Explornet has lost market share over time & its plans are now more aligned w/ the big 3 nat'l carriers wrt higher prices & restrictive mobile data terms, lousy service &, afaik, w/ only one retail outlet to serve MB subs. Xplornet is a study in failure vs an option in 5/.
