    @Xplornet after years of mediocre service at best I have now installed @Starlink and am having speeds that are 10 times better for basically the same cost. Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

    @ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!

    I wonder if we should ask how Xplornet (Xplore?) is doing in Atlantic Canada? I see absolutely nothing from them. Maybe people just can't connect? But, heh, is it worth even wondering about? That service goes down with snowflakes. #CRTC

    @xplornet the wait time for your loyalty department is 56 minutes. Can you explain to me why I have to wait 56 minutes to tell you over the phone that I want to cancel my account?

    Finally got some wifi. Hopefully Telus pulls through, Xplornet is horrible lol.

    @Xplornet your internet is so bad and overpriced you can't do anything on it this is ridiculous I can't even online game on your internet on my PS5 or Xbox I wanted to let you guys know that you have lost a customer today

    Our Xplornet is almost 1/10 the speed of dialup tonight. Fix your **** or prepare an exit strategy.
