@VoosieVooters @Xplornet If my other local option wasn't capped at 200GB I'd go back in a heartbeat. But 200GB for a home connection is laughable, especially with things like security cameras, school and work. A consistent quality of service, even if it's 10mbps, isn't an unrealistic expectation.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Speaking of pandemics, do you have any plans to actually make your network usable for people that need to connect to work VPNs, or are you just waiting out the vaccine until the pressure is off and you can continue to do nothing to help your captives?

  • happylewie Lew (@happylewie) reported

Internet is down for the last 15 hours. @Xplornet has 45 minutes of wait time to reach customer service. Man. I’m so ******* tired of this ****. And I pay 200$ per month for that.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet almost 6am and your internet is still ****.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Not pictured here: Anything to do with xplornet. Reason: They're running really low on those decade old tweets that said good things about their internet service and don't want that well to dry up too fast.

  • waylan_deith Waylan Deith 🍥 (@waylan_deith) reported

@Xplornet fix my internet you illiterate **** head, give me the specs that i pay a way overpriced price for

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I don't think we have unreasonable expectations for internet service. Xplornet just doesn't provide any level of usable service after you are through the "trial" period. I am waiting for Starlink too.

  • Upbeat2k upbeat❄️ (@Upbeat2k) reported

stopping in after a few months to say @Xplornet is literally the worst ISP on the planet and I hope they go bankrupt. you steal your customers money and don’t even hide it. throttling so bad i can’t open a web browser. **** too and **** your shitty ceo @APLenehan

  • ltpmitchell lt pete mitchell (@ltpmitchell) reported

@virgovida @Xplornet @virgovida don't fall for their tricks. Calling their support number will just put you on endless hold while they tell you they're having problems with long wait times.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

When you call @Xplornet support an hour ago and the estimate says 22 minutes, you realize all aspects of their business are really slow, not just the Internet service itself. I wonder if @APLenehan uses his own services or if he uses a legitimate ISP.
