  • Trucker_Ty_ Ty (@Trucker_Ty_) reported

    Hey @Xplornet, I thought we had a deal that I paid you $85 a month and you provide me with a certain speed of internet. But when your equipment (which I pay a rental fee on) gets blown out of alignment or fails, you say it will cost me $135 to fix.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @harrbca @zaxx386 @Xplornet I've just been too happy with my Starlink service I almost forgot how terrible life was back then. Every once in a while it comes rushing back haha.

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

    @SilbermanCBC actually you're pièce in @Xplornet should be with customers from across Canada because I can tell you being a customer in Manitoba, you shouldn't have to keep filing comaints with the CCTS about how beyond horrible this company is.

  • chalackd Dan Chalack (@chalackd) reported

    Bad enough my decent ISP sold out to @Xplornet (Who I previously left for poor service), but now I learn that they intend to stop service on my local tower and will be forcing me 10yrs backwards onto their awful satellite service... Can't wait for @SpaceXStarlink to hit my area.

  • DalePettit Dale Pettit (@DalePettit) reported

    @medic969 @Xplornet Well it won't get any better. We have had an "issue with the tower" since May 17.

  • puulima Stevo (@puulima) reported

    @Xplornet @Jim76136913 Hi Jim, they’ll waste hours of your time troubleshooting basic things that have nothing to do with the fact they are oversubscribed. Did this song and dance several times. After I switched to @WaveDirectHQ, first time I had an issue, they sent somebody to fix it.

  • thepensguy87 The Penguins Guy (@thepensguy87) reported

    @Xplornet Worst Internet service, ever.

  • HoarderPrairie Prairie Hoarder (@HoarderPrairie) reported

    @Laughterless @arthurwmurray @Xplornet I used to think Xplornet was "Ok" (when they were only one available) . They advertise "50 mbs" when reality dictates that you will get under 10mbs. Trust a company whose newest technology is only 50 mbs??..STARLINK.. 400 mbs! and no ****** Xplornet customer service to deal with.

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

    @m3t4lw01f @zaxx386 @Xplornet Wife was watching bell xpressvu and got the alert on tv which included location information. This was an epic fail on the RCMP’s part.
