    @xplore_ca Why? I told you I’ve talked to you guys. Unless you trained a bunch of people in the last week you are asking me to waste more of my time on a company that doesn’t value its customers. For what? So YOU can feel better because you can say you tried to help? Pathetic!

    @Iraqveteran8888 That is as bad as Xplornet. I guess I will not be switching over to Starlink anytime soon unless they can crank up the speed and reliability.

    @xplore_ca Having serious technical issues, and not being able to communicate with your support team is extremely frustrating. My family is very disappointed with your company.

    @xplore_ca is unbelievably bad. Called a few months ago for technical help and was promised a return call which never happened. Called two weeks ago, promised another return call. Never happened. Called today and was promised a return call. SMH

    @xplore_ca I'm currently getting 0.32 mbps download and 1.55 mbps upload, this is ridiculous. Paying $100 a month for unbelievably slow speeds. I'd love to know what's going on with your internet at the moment, I'm in British Columbia 🇨🇦

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

    @TimHoustonNS Insane that an island is getting high speed Internet before us, off a secondary highway, in Colchester. They completely botched it here and thought xplornet was worth a damn.
