There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

Josh Ciemitis (@JoshCiemitis) reported@xplore_ca Internet has been down in many areas for about 21 hours, checked with a couple websites that also confirmed it. I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.
