Sara (she/her) (@SaraFromSussex) reported@Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!
-
Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reportedIn fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

slurs for tourists (@Dwhylehn) reportedIt's the second story and unfinished attic. Everything except internet and laundry is included. And it's only $785 /month. I have fibre op 100mb/s that's like $122 a month, it is also set up for xplornet. It gets cold in the winter, but I've run two space heaters with no issue.

Sarah Casselman (@sarahacasselman) reportedExtremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.
-
SarahMC (@sarahtwinbeaks) reported@GordHardie @LifeofaDman @Xplornet Don't do it unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for extremely slow and unreliable internet access. They're the worst internet provider I've ever had, no competition.

Sarah Casselman (@sarahacasselman) reported@Xplornet please help remedy the situation you put me in. There are only 3 internet providers in the area and I chose your services because you came highly recommended. Please help, make this right!
