@Xplornet Anyone need internet? Look up Starlink, cheaper then everyone with faster speeds and better service

  • nerdy_fitness That Nerdy Guy (@nerdy_fitness) reported

@Xplornet we got an automated call this week. It said there was some work being done on a tower in the area. Ever since this work has been done our connection turned into pure garbage. What up with that?

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@hollieprattcamp It ain't easy. We'll get through, somehow. (We're trying to handle virtual online kindergarten during an Xplornet network "glitch", right now. That's fun.)

  • SmevyBean Matrixxxツ (@SmevyBean) reported

I am so sick of @Xplornet i'm going to start looking into more reliable internet, aka Starlink. **** this **** *** internet company.

  • billgatescooka brandon (@billgatescooka) reported

@Xplornet Most of your tweets seem like random fun fact so this is a random fun fact to not even 10 minutes ago my router couldn’t even detect an Internet connection because your service was so slow you’re meaning to tell me you’ve rolled out 100 MBPS plans in New Brunswick

  • Sam_Fibonacci 🇨🇦 Sam 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@Sam_Fibonacci) reported

@Xplornet @trubesb Stop saying you are sorry It means nothing! You are not sorry because if you were you would improve your service, you are just giving lip service. I have dealt with you people off and on (now off) for more than 20 years nothing has changed.

  • Brodie_Friesen Brodie Friesen (@Brodie_Friesen) reported

@Xplornet Based on the replies to this tweet “technical issues” are happening with many customers. It isn’t even available in Hinton, but Starlink is so maybe that will suffice!

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet so one again in the middle of a zoom school classroom your “service” is not available. This is complete bullshit!!

  • jennfh Jenn (@jennfh) reported

@Xplornet it would be fabulous customer service to use social media to inform customers of known outages ...responding with suggestion to call technicians just overloads your reps for absolutely no reason... Just a thought🤔

  • ScottWJones93 Scott Jones (@ScottWJones93) reported

@Xplornet Less than 2mbps at about 11pm at night. That’s not internet....that’s 2 tin cans and a rope level signal. Not once in 2020 did we have an issue for multiple months after signing on in July. This month has been way beyond frustrating so what changed?
