    @Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet

    @grubextrapolate @Xplornet It's probably for the better...if your old ISP was bought out by @Xplornet, you would be inundated with outage notifications...it would be easier to tell you when it's actually working properly...which is never.

    @Xplornet Why would I bother, like I said nothing has changed in the 3 years of trying with all levels of support always recommending a work order that fixes nothing. Silvercreek ECI 03BC501 drops daily, This is a provider issue yet I eat the cost? Thankfully we have other options coming

    @Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.
