Diane Ashe (@DianeAshe8) reported@Xplornet @phantomfarmerSK I switched to 5LTE. Tonight at 9pm. I am getting download speed of 0.30 and upload of 0.19 Ping 87 . How can you charge me over $100 a month plus $6 for your router for this garbage. I am one 62 year old person with a laptop trying to open an email. This is crap!

Joe (@Joe35879769) reported@GeiselJeff @Xplornet You sound Angry sir. Is your Internet not working properly? Maybe you should climb a bigger tree and reach out.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Do you have to pay anything? What exactly is new? Will the service be of equal or better quality? Keep us informed of this one. Good to find someone affected and how it all turns out.

maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thx again. Just checked it out. And that's not what I'm looking for at all. This seems to me to be an unfair trade practice. Is there nowhere I can go with a complaint about signing up for a service the company seems to have no commitment to delivering?

Jeff Geisel (@GeiselJeff) reported@Xplornet Bring it down too woolwich twp and our garbage internet !!

Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported@billgatescooka @Xplornet Yeah. That’s what they do. Because they can, with those two little words “up to”. They don’t have to provide you with what you pay for, so long as your internet is “working” they don’t give a ****. I’ve been with xploitnet for 20 years bud. They’re the worst.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet Do you work at the pace of a garden slug working its way across a five acre garden? I suppose that's apt given how slow your network is. Don't want people getting used to the idea you can go faster.

wejitu ⌛️ (@JeddorePhil) reported@fanCRTCProfling @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Yup. Same as new service afaik.
-
John Masswohl (@JohnMasswohl) reported@VirtualAstro I am envious. I live in rural Canada and currently pay more than that for sub-par service from my only option....satellite from @Xplornet.
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reportedXplornet has, by and large, failed to deliver on their promise: "Connecting Canadians to what matters". Doubly so during this pandemic where I could barely work from home and my children had issues accessing online learning tools like Google Meet and Classroom.
